40-päevane Meditatsioon: "Meelerahu"

Meditatsioon, mis kasutab spetsiaalset hingamismustrit, et rahustada rapsiv meel ja ringitormlevad mõtted ning juhatada sind vaikusesse ja selgusesse enda sees.

Käteasend ja hingamine: vasak käsi Gyan mudras põlvel (nimetissõrm ja pöial koos); parem käsi nina juures. Sulge nimetissõrmega parem ninasõõre ja hinga pikalt sügavalt vasakust ninasõõrmest sisse. Hoia hinge sees, lugedes samal ajal mõttes 45-ni (kui see on liiga pikk aeg, siis leia enda jaoks sobiv maksimaalne hinge sees hoidmise aeg ja jää selle numbri juurde kogu meditatsiooni vältel). Vabasta parem ninasõõre, sulge nimetissõrmega vasak ninasõõre ja hinga neljas võrdses osas paremast ninasõõrmest välja. Kui oled 3-4 korda sellises rütmis hingamise läbi teinud, pikenda väljahingamist ja kuni meditatsiooni lõpuni hinga välja kaheksas võrdses osas.

Teeme üheskoos meditatsiooni 1. augustist kuni 9. septembrini, aga võid ühineda või alustada ükskõik mis hetkel sulle sobib või selle meditatsiooni siit leiad. Eesmärk on meditatsiooni teha 40 päeva jooksul järjest iga päev, et su keha saaks luua uue mustri ja meel püsivama seisundi. Anna endale aega harjuda ja laskuda iga päevaga aina sügavamalt meditatsiooni sisse. Iga päevaga muutub hingamine omasemaks ja märkad järjest rohkem uusi aspekte, tasandeid ja olemisi nii meditatsiooni ajal kui ka ülejäänud päeva vältel.
